AUBO’s Palletizing Station
AUBO has designed a versatile system ready to tackle projects of all sizes. It’s affordable enough for a smaller operation and simple to scale up for bigger production needs.
In addition to the cobot itself, the station includes a frame and chassis that houses the cables, mechanics, and control box and keeps them out of the way. The entire setup moves as one piece without the need for internal configuration or wiring.

Vertical Column for Improved Stacking Height
The station includes a vertical column that acts as a seventh degree of freedom, allowing translation on the Z axis and improving stacking height. Sensors on the front of the vertical column detect pallets and workpieces to ensure operational accuracy and precise placement.
User-Friendly Software Means No Programming Experience Required
Most cobots require someone with extensive training to program them. Not with AUBO’s user-friendly software. The system will guide you through the setup and prompt you to enter details about the pallet size, box size, workpiece weight, conveyor height, and pick point. The software will use the information to generate the most efficient palletizing pattern and create a program.

The Station Comes Pre-Configured for Fast Deployment
The palletizing station comes out of the box prewired and configured so you can set it up in hours, not days. The sensors, wires, and control box are hidden within the chassis so it takes up the least amount of floor space possible.
