January 16, 2020It’s the month of November, often a time we think of Thanksgiving. A time we look forward to being with friends and family! Although it is a great thing to be excited to spend time with friends and family, it is important to remember to spend a moment saying “thank you” to those who make an impact on your life.
As a business, MFP has many people who make an impact on our company and we cannot thank each one enough. MFP has four different values we strive to work under. They each have to do with serving. Serving God, serving families, serving customers and serving each other. It is important to recognize these four and show our gratitude for each.
First, we thank God. As our values say, “We are serving our community by creating a firm foundation of our company’s ethics, beliefs and core values of Integrity, Customer Focus and Innovation.” God has blessed MFP and allowed it to become a great place of work for all who are part of the MFP family.
Secondly, we are thankful for our employees and the family atmosphere at MFP. You cannot have a successful business without great employees and a strong company culture. MFP is thankful for the hardworking folks that emphasize a team mentality to make this place a great company over the nearly 30 years.
Next, we our thankful for our customers. Each and every customer is important to MFP, no matter who they are, the size of the company, or the quantity of the order. Without every single customer, we wouldn’t be where we are today. We thank our customers for choosing MFP and trusting us to provide the best product and services for their needs. Our customer’s problems are our challenge in finding a solution, which is the ultimate goal and pride in our business mindset.
Our last value is to serve one another. No matter who you are or where you come from, there is always room in your life to serve one another. Be thankful that you have the ability to help a co-worker, whether it be making them a meal, driving them to work, or simply just being kind and positive.
Looking back, MFP could make an unending list of things to be thankful for. This huge list stems from the aforementioned values. God, Family, Customers & Each Other. Before running off and just being thankful to take a break from work, we ask that you remember to be thankful for where you are today and who you have around you. From the bottom of the MFP team’s hearts, we are thankful for you.
