From our store hours to our around-the-clock emergency contact information, on this page we’ve collected answers to the questions that we most commonly receive. Do you have an emergency number?

In the event of an emergency, customers can contact Mark Redmond – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – by calling 616-293-4508. For additional assistance, please contact your sales rep.

What are your hours?

The normal business hours for MFP Automation Engineering are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. EST. Our Parker Store is open from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. EST.

Where are you located?

We are located at 4404 Central Parkway, Hudsonville, Michigan (near Grand Rapids). This facility also includes our on-site Parker Store.

Can you expedite?

When will my order ship?

Did you receive my PO?

Checking on your order through our online portal is coming soon!  Have you received an order acknowledgement? If you haven’t within 24 hours, please call our customer service team to confirm we did receive the order. (616) 538-5700

Do you handle all lines of Parker?

We have access to thousands of products. Please visit https://www.mifp.com/products for a full line of Parker and other products lines MFP represents.

Do you deliver?

What is your cut-off time for delivering?

  • UPS – 4:00 PM EST
  • FEDEX – 2:30 PM EST (including overnight shipments)
  • LTL – 2:00 PM EST
  • Customer pick up – 5:00 PM
    • *** Ask our customer service team how to help with an urgent order if the time falls outside of these cutoff times ***

Do you have another location?

No. Our singular facility is located at 4404 Central Pkwy, Hudsonville, MI

Can you send me the tracking # after the order ships?
